Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nexofts website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Nexofts provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Custom software development
• Digital consulting services

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work, which will include project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.

4.2 Nexofts Rights

Nexofts retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we provide our services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexofts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexofts operates.
